What is Alcolea Party?
Alcolea Party is a technological event that was born in 2006 in Alcolea del Rio (Seville) and saw the light for the first time in March 2007.
It is undoubtedly an event that has its roots in the world of LAN parties; events where we accessed with our computer and spent several days uninterruptedly enjoying the internet connection, conferences, games and other digital services. But it also always had a great hacker influence, as most of its conferences were oriented to cybersecurity, a field little explored then by most of the attendees.
In its 2025 edition, we have made a qualitative leap, creating four distinct areas, each dedicated to a specific theme, where technology, creativity and innovation will merge to offer a unique and unforgettable experience.
How much does the ticket cost?
In Alcolea Party 2025 you will have three types of tickets:
-AP25 LAN Party ticket – It will cost 15€ and will give you access to:
*A place to sit and install your computer during the whole event.
*NETWORK cable for internet connection.
*Official t-shirt
*Welcome kit with our fantastic BADGE and other souvenirs.
*Access to conferences.
*Access to services and contests.
-Basic AP25 Ticket – It will cost 10€ and will give you access to:
*Welcome kit with our fantastic BADGE and other souvenirs.
*Access to conferences.
*Access to services and contests.
-AP25 Visitor Ticket – It will cost 5€ and will give you access to:
*Access to the conferences. (Only if space is available, AP25 LAN Party and AP25 Basic tickets will have priority.
*Access to services and contests.
*Up to five years of age the visitor’s entrance will be free of charge; it is required to be accompanied by an adult.
*Entrance will be sold to those over 15 years old, if you are a minor you will need the permission of your parent or guardian that you must send us during the registration process.
*The tickets are a direct donation to the EL GANCHO INFANTIL FOUNDATION, with whom Alcolea Party 2025 will collaborate in this edition, so there will be no possibility of refund.
When will Alcolea Party 2025 take place?
Alcolea Party 2025 will be held in March 2025 on March 21, 22 and 23, 2025 at the municipal stand of Alcolea del Río (fairgrounds).
Who can attend the event?
Any person of legal age with a ticket. Children under the age of fifteen will need to be accompanied by an adult or send us during the registration process the authorization signed by their parents or guardians.
Children under five years of age may attend free of charge as visitors as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
Where can I sleep?
You can stay in your place during the whole duration of the event; you can use the camping area that we will prepare, or you can look for accommodation in Alcolea del Río, although if you can’t find it, we recommend you to stay in nearby towns.
